trei is a GLP-1 wellness companion operated by BariAccess, LLC. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not change medication, dose, titration, or injection timing. It is not a medical device.
Emergencies
Practice messages, push notifications, and the in-app assistant are not emergency services. They are not guaranteed timely. They follow the named clinic’s approved escalation procedure. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency room.
Medication
trei does not prescribe, set injection day, or change your medication, dose, titration, or injection timing. Interpretation of results and any change to prescribed treatment belong to a licensed clinician. The named clinic, not BariAccess, provides clinical care when you are an admitted patient of that clinic.
Minors
trei and trellismetabolic.com are not directed to children under 13. This site does not offer a self-serve under-18 clinical signup. Clinical admission of a person under 18 requires guardian authority through the named clinic.
