Connecting a device is optional. Connection happens in the trei app after clinic admission — not on this website. This page is an explainer, screenshot-ready, and does not complete a vendor login.
Courier and judge
Spike is the courier. BariAccess formulas remain the judge. trei does not buy or mention a vendor control plane on this site. ABA does not connect to Spike.
We do not send your name, email, or medical-record number to Spike. Wearable data is not used for advertising. We will not train AI models on Oura data.
Vendor names below are listed as plain text. Listing a name does not mean that vendor endorses trei, and trei is not a medical device of theirs.
What we describe
- Sleep: duration, stages, timing, latency, efficiency, awake time, interruptions.
- Activity: steps, active duration, intensity, distance, energy.
- Recovery vitals: resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, SpO2 where the device supplies it.
- Body: weight, BMI, body fat where available.

Connecting is optional. A connection does not guarantee every metric. trei does not present vendor wellness scores as its own conclusion.
